JANUARY 2008
HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!
Jan 1st -
We begin this very exciting year awaiting our TA (travel
approval). I've read several families received this in
10-14 days...tho our agency insists that it will take
ours 21 days and we have a tentative travel date of Jan
21st...
Jan 9th -
No word as of this morning, I'm in a grumpy mood just
waiting and too much work to do. I just want to get on a
plane and hold my baby. Connor is getting his braces off
this morning. That is a momentous occasion, maybe that
will brighten the mood of our entire household
Jan 15th
- We had our travel meeting but still no TA. Nothing new
& I'm getting antsy!!
Jan 18th
- YAY!!
We found out that our TA is being mailed on Monday!!
That means we will probably be getting it on Thursday.
Joe and I hammered out a travel plan
(tho I wanted
to leave on the 30th we could NOT find a flight) it
looks as if we will leave on the 8th and return on the
21st or 23rd.
Jan 22th
- Got our TA and made our plane reservations! We leave
on Feb 9th!!
